Sold $240,000 home in 8 short days
The first of June a builder we work with, Raymar Homes, referred one of their clients to us. These folks are wanting to build a home with Raymar but first need to sell their home. The client had put their home for sale with another realtor for almost 90 days already and had no offers. We met with the client, explained our pro-active marketing plan and how we could help them sell their home in today’s market. They saw the difference in marketing strategies and agreed to have us market the home. Well, not only did we bring one offer but we were able to generate 2 competing offers on this home. That is right, only 8 days after we went to work we had 2 offers competing for the same home and we sold the home for a price that pleased the seller.
